In the academic and other sectors, Employee Innovative Behavior (EIB) is a significant problem. Employees in e-commerce sector are experiencing more job instability as result of growing uncertainty imposed by COVID-19. Career sustainability (CS) now concern. Creative self-efficacy (CSE) person's confidence their capacity to create. CSE creative thinking problem-solving, which may lead professional success innovation. Additionally, CS must be taken into account because one's perception career affects propensity innovate. Based on theory demands resources (JDR), this study uses combination theoretical construction quantitative analysis examine how influences relationship between inclusive leadership employee innovation behavior China's sector, particularly livestream e-commerce. perceptions occupational were examined for potential mediating effects. This research role mediator aforementioned connections well effect leadership, EIB, (IL). The construct validity path structural equation modeling. findings demonstrate that risk created COVID-19 epidemic live streaming e-commerce, IL can only assist translation employment assets workplace EIB when employees perceive CS. demonstrated enhances through CSE. provides basis conceptually overcomes gap. We guide companies executives actually give workers tools at work will support while advancing EIB.
